Terrell’s journey includes serving in the U.S. Army and working in the federal and non-profit sectors. He developed his passion for civil rights while attending Cheyney University and Western Michigan University’s Cooley Law School. Terrell is family-centered as he is married to his wife Jamillah Williams and has a blended family. His vision for Delaware is centered around inclusivity, progress, and tolerance.
